All jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, pendants, etc.) is made in part from natural materials (gemstones, metals, crystals, etc.). Differences in color, texture, size and inclusions are inherent characteristics and not defects. Product images may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Metaphysical Properties Disclaimer
Any references to "healing energy," "spiritual benefits," or "symbolic properties" of crystals/gemstones are based on cultural traditions and personal beliefs. We make no medical or scientific claims. Jewelry is sold as decorative adornment only.

Custom Orders
Custom designs are non-refundable. Approval of design proofs constitutes acceptance of final product specifications.

Orders & Payments

Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors (e.g., $100 necklace listed as $10).

Payment Security
All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card data.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

International Shipments
Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

  • Compliance with destination country’s jewelry regulations

  • Shipping delays due to customs inspections

Loss/Damage in Transit
Title and risk pass to buyer upon shipment handoff to carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation. Insurance is recommended for high-value orders (>$200).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:

  • Customized/personalized jewelry

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked "Sale" or "Clearance"

Return Conditions
Returns require:

  • Original packaging and tags

  • Unworn/unaltered condition

  • Return authorization request within 30 days of delivery

  • Buyer pays return shipping + 15% restocking fee

Refund Processing
Approved refunds exclude original shipping fees. Processed in 30 business days.

Intellectual Property

Restricted Use

Force Majeure
We are excused from delays/failures due to: pandemics, wars, natural disasters, sanctions, or supply chain disruptions.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Binding Arbitration
All disputes must be resolved by confidential arbitration under ICC Rules (Paris). Class actions and jury trials are waived.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from(including but not limited to):

  • Unauthorized commercial use of designs

Modifications & Severability

Changes to Terms
We may amend Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability
If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
