Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on orders with a minimum value of $100. Orders that cost less than $100 will have a shipping fee of $10.00. For international shipping and expedited services, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the customer’s shipping address.
How long will it take to process my order?
Monday-Friday Orders: If you place an order Monday through Friday, we will process it immediately! Our team is so efficient that most orders are processed within 12 hours. This means you don’t have to wait long for your beautiful jewelry to arrive at your door.
Weekend Orders: For weekend shoppers, don’t worry! We will still process your order in a timely manner, but due to our team’s limited hours on Saturdays and Sundays, it may take up to 24-48 hours for your order to be ready. Just think of it as a little extra time for us to make sure everything is perfect before we send it to you.

REFUND INFORMATION
How do I request a refund?

Under what circumstances can I get a refund?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Jewelry with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and it will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method and is expected to arrive in 3 – 5 business days, depending on the processing speed of the payment provider.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact customer service within 30 days to get the return address. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for defective items. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
How long does an exchange take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days.
Can I return or exchange my piece and will I be refunded?

That’s why we’ve made our return process as stress – free as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! You can return any unworn and unaltered jewelry within 30 days of buying it, no explanation needed. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and comes back in the original packaging it arrived in. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your shopping experience, and this return policy is all about giving you peace of mind when you shop with us.

Only one discount code can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
How can I check product availability?
Real – time stock information is shown on each product page. If it says “Low Stock”, we recommend placing your order soon.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed promptly on our end. During weekdays, we typically complete the processing within 12hours. On weekends, though, it might take up to 24-48 hours.
